Calendar of Events for the 2019 Season

At Lei-Ti Campground we know how valuable your Leisure Time is. With this in mind we have designed the activity and event schedule so you may get the most of your camping experience. Every campground boasts about planned activities, but at Lei-Ti we proudly present events! A series of well organized theme weekends which are packed full of fun for all ages.

May 1:
Summer Camping Season Opens

Time to enjoy some great camping, great friends & great fun.

May 3-5:
Welcome Back Weekend

The Snack Shack & Lodge open. Clearance Sale on the porch. Welcome Back Bash.

May 10-12:
Mother’s Day

First, we serve Mothers (and everybody else, too) a delicious SOS Breakfast. Then make Mom or Grandma a gift at crafts.

May 17-19:
Spring Has Sprung Weekend

We’ll have lots of springtime fun and games.

May 24-27:
Memorial Day Weekend

Camp-Wide Yard Sale, All Fired Up Ceramics, crafts, candy bar bingo, tie-dye, a fishing derby, corn hole & horseshoe tournaments, hayrides and the first big Lei-Ti Dance Party of the season with Flipside! The beach & pool open. Friday Night Bingo starts. The Hole In The Wall opens. Big Clearance Sale on the porch.

June 7-9:

Enjoy a classy evening with folk guitarist James Smith, wine tasting courtesy of A Gust of Sun Winery.

June 14-16:
Father’s Day Weekend

Treat Dad or Grandpa to a French toast breakfast. Make Dad a gift at crafts then compete in the Kids vs. Dads Corn Hole Tournament.

June 21-23:
Murder Mystery Weekend

We’re putting on a Murder Mystery Theater complete with an Italian Pot-luck Dinner.

June 28-30:
Hooray! School’s Out

Let’s celebrate the end of school and the beginning of Summer. We have our first Golf Cart Poker Run of 2019. Our hugely popular Ice Cream Social is back!

July 4-7:
Happy Birthday America

We have some star spangled fun for you! Highlights are a gianormous USA Birthday Party with The Genesee Ted Band, the CSA fireworks show presented by the Skylighters of WNY and The Buffalo Zoomobile. Add crafts, candy bar bingo, 4th of July Cart Parade, corn hole & horseshoe tournaments … just to name a few. WOW!

July 12-14:
Old Farts Weekend

Join us as we celebrate our Old Farts. If you’re old enough to join AARP, then this ones for you. We’ll have old farts vs. the young whippersnappers games. Throw in an Adult Painting Party, and then party the night away with the Old Hippies Band. We promise not to keep you up too late.

July 19-21:
Rock ‘n’ BBQ Weekend

Val’s 7th Annual Vendor Blender with over 40 vendors. Join our pit masters for the 1st Annual BBQ contest and dinner. Who will be judged the best BBQ in Lei-Ti? After dinner, it’s a dance party with the Allykat Band.

July 26-28:
The Camp Crawl Weekend

The ever popular progressive party returns! Enjoy the day as we travel from campsite to campsite sampling wonderful food & drink with the last stop being a huge dance party with the Wasted Whiskey Band.

August 2-4:
Kids’ Carnival Weekend

Try your luck at all the carnival games, the bounce house, lots of carnival food, face painters, clowns, and more. See all the local emergency equipment and vehicles on display. Then it’s a dance party with the Dave Viterna Band.

August 9-11:
Street Party Weekend

Get together for a Golf Cart Poker Run. We’re having a Street Party with the Dynamic Duo, Street Meat (food), and more fun.

August 16-18:
Halloween Weekend

Get ready for a spooky time at Lei-Ti. Decorate your campsite for the holiday. Bring your costume & candy to share with all the goblins during trick or treating, we do Halloween crafts, and then our Halloween Party. Don’t miss Bob Z’s walk through the Haunted Camp!

August 23-25:
Lil’ Bit Of Country Weekend

First, it’s old fashion fun & games. Then it’s the Get Out of Jail Game. Join us for our 34th Annual BBQ chicken & corn roast dinner. Then we party the night away country style with the Rebel‘s Posse Band.

August 30 - September 2:
Labor Day Weekend

It’s Lei-Ti’s 27th annual charity weekend! We have a basket auction, raffles, 50/50’s & food with all the proceeds benefiting The Genesee Cancer Assistance Center. Then we have All Fired Up Ceramics and our night time cart parade. We’ll have crafts & games, candy bar bingo, horseshoe & corn hole tournaments & more. We end the weekend with the last big dance party of the season with Flipside!

September 13-15:
Chili & Chowder Fest Weekend

Join us for a Pot-Luck chili & chowder dinner with jumbo grilled cheese sandwiches.

September 27-29:
Appleumpkin Festival

The wonderful Appleumpkin Festival in the quaint, historic village of Wyoming. Vendors, food, crafts, treasures …! Only 10 minutes from Lei-Ti.

October 11-14:
Columbus Day

Gianormous craft show at Letchworth State Park this weekend. Come bury the 2019 season at Gary’s 4th Annual No Rules Party.

October 14:
Park Closes for the Season

The end of another great season!

In addition to the previous activities and events, Lei-Ti Campground also offers its guests: evening movies, weekend hayrides, The Snack Shack, a huge video arcade, pedal kart rentals & Much More!
