Policies & Courtesies

This is a privately-owned property. We reserve the right to select our clientele and visitors.

 

1. Speed limit is 5 mph at all times.

2. Fires are allowed within fire ring only, with flames no taller than 18". Do not move rings. Fire must be kept under control at all times.

3. Quiet time is from 11:00PM until 7:00AM. Children must be at their campsite by 10:00PM and always under adult supervision.

4. No loitering in Lei-Ti Lodge laundry area, adult lounge or any restrooms.

5. No washing vehicles, RVs or watering lawns. Report all water leaks or dripping faucets to the Office.

6. The damage or cutting of any trees or plant life is prohibited.

7. Lei-TI has a zero tolerance policy for firearms and fireworks or any other incendiary devices. Violators will be evicted immediately.

8. No excessive noise, loud music or foul language at any time.

9. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Proof of vaccinations required. Pets must be on a physical leash no more than 6' while outside. Perceived aggressive breeds such as pit bulls, rotweilers, chows, dobermans, etc are not welcome. Distruptive dogs will not be tolerated. Pets must be cleaned up after. No pets in Lei-Ti buildings, cabins, rental units or in the swimming area.

10. The beach and pool rules, as posted, and lifeguard must be obeyed at all times. No swimming when gates are locked. Adults must accompany children at the beach at all times. Lifeguards are not babysitters.

11. Sewer hookups require elbow and sewer gasket to prevent spills.

12. New York State Bicycle Law must be observed, and bicycles may be operated only during daylight hours.

13. No unlicensed drivers on Lei-Ti property. No non-registered vehicles. No ATV’s or gas-powered scooters. No golf carts for overnight guests.

14. Management is not responsible for theft or loss of any kind, nor damage caused by fire, wind, accidents, vandalism, or acts of God.

15. Visitors must leave park by 11:00PM.

16. No rock throwing.

17. Visitors and guests must register at the Office before entering the park. All unregistered persons will be considered trespassers and will be evicted and/or prosecuted.

All rules are enforced with one warning, then immediate eviction with no refund. Management reserves the right to evict any persons violating the preceding rules and regulations or any NYS law, with no refund.
